Hi, my name is Kimmy, I'm a single 46 yr old, female, working full time. Looking for a room to rent due to the cost of living. I pretty much keep to myself, I love the beach and music, I'm social but also appreciate time to myself. I would like to think I'm a young 46yr old. I'm quiet, clean and respectful, hoping to find somewhere close to work (work is in Hamilton ). I like to take care of myself though by no means fanatical about it. I can pretty much get along with everyone. I always pay my rent on time and like to have a month in advance in the bank for any emergencies that may arise. I don't bring people back , I meet friends and family out . I'm conscious about electricity and only use a dryer as a last resort .
