Hey everyone,
I’m a full time year 6 primary school teacher.
I have been petsitting/housesitting for 2 years instead of renting to try to save for a home loan deposit/my travel while leaving most of my things at my parents house.
After finally saving an okay deposit and going to home opens every weekend I’ve had no success in securing a property with the current competition and price increases out there.

Since the petsitting has slowed down (but I still have some short term bookings) I need to find a rental. As I’ll still be searching for a property to buy, I’d like to find a place to rent where it’s okay for me to give 2 or 3 weeks notice before moving out.

I’m not home very many hours of the day outside of sleeping as I head to work early, go to Pilates or the gym after work, and after dinner go to my room to unwind and do my lesson prep and marking so you wouldn’t see much of me. On weekends I am also out and about a lot of the time.
