Loooong for private granny flat or 1 bedroom. . My work is purpose-driven and deadline-heavy, so home is where I recharge , and I’m really hoping to find a space that feels grounded, calm and genuinely welcoming.
Ideally looking for a granny flat as part of a share house- where I can interact and chill w flatmates but also have own space.
However may be open to sharing with one other person if vibe is right.

I’m looking in the St Kilda → elwood stretch somewhere close to the ocean where I can walk, reset, and breathe at the end of the day.
I've just got myself a little kitten companion so flatmate needs to be open to Shadow.
A little about me:
• I work in the non-profit sector, from home (3 days/week, but flexible)- this the granny flat desire or one bedroom flat. However if it's a major issue I can work elsewhere those day
• Early riser during the week, slower mornings on weekends
• I value a peaceful, clean and respectful home environment
• Love the occasional shared dinner or wine but equally appreciate space and quiet downtime and offer the same to housemates. I've made some lifelong friends through beautiful share housing.
• Weekends are for long lunches, good books, binge watching an epic series and time with friends
I'm an introvert extrovert lz I love socialising but easily grey over stimulated and need my own space to recover
.if you know what I mean then we may get along. Like reading and often spend a whole day chilling reading- want a home where I don't have to always be on the go.
Work full time.

What I’m hoping for:
A home with easy-going, grounded people who take pride in their space, communicate well, and enjoy a gentle sense of community without it being overwhelming.

Open to a room in a share house if one bedroom flat not available — most important is the right vibe- and storage space- can't stand not having wardrobes lol!
Also- I'm allergic to dogs (unless hypoallergenic ) and prefer not to live with children)- as my son is now grown and I love to be able to sleep in on a weekend
