Hey, I’m Grant. I work full-time in video production and keep a pretty consistent routine during the week. I’m looking for a calm, clean place to call home with like-minded people.

I’m active and into the gym, but overall pretty low-key. I enjoy a chat and being social occasionally, but I also value personal space and a relaxed, drama-free environment.

I’ve lived in share houses for a while, so I’m respectful, tidy in shared areas, and always on top of rent and bills. Non-smoker.

Ideally looking for a place with working professionals who keep things easygoing, clean, and on the quieter side.
