Hey!

I’m looking for 2 people to share house with. I’m currently in a share house which we likely renew, however if not I’m keen to find a 3 or 4 bedroom house together which is close to the city.

I’m 27F and work full time in the city. Some of my hobbies are dining out, shopping, going to beach, pilates and nintendo switch.

I currently rent a 4x2 in mount pleasant with a friend (27M). We are hoping to renew the lease soon (27 March), but still to be confirmed. Rent will be around ~$300 each but still confirming the increase with the property manager.
- large backyard for hosting
- close to bus route, 24/7 IGA, garden city shops
- free street parking on quiet street

If we renew, we are looking for 2 new housemates (one male one female).
There are two bathrooms so the guys share one and girls share one.

Key criteria:
- friendly and sociable
- work Monday to Friday schedule and are quiet during the weeknights
- willing to keep the shared areas generally tidy and help out to clean for rent inspections
- option to sign the main lease (or be a sub tenant on the lease)
