Hi , i am looking some place to call home( long term rent ) . i recently had a car accident at work and i am in middle of break-up and i am looking for quiet place to recover and heal , until i can return to work . I currently have stable income and i work in insurance/construction industry. I need home to be clean , so i do like cleaning a lot. I prefer to make my own food as well and i love doing “family dinners” in shared houses.
I will need nearby parking for my personal car and possibly work car when i can return back to work .
I like nature, ocean, houseplants , pets( i dont own any but would be happy to pet someone) , friendly and understanding people , small garden or backdoor area where to enjoy sun and read books .
i am social and sometimes i enjoy social girlfriend gatherings with good wine or bubbles and i dont smoke sigarets
