Hello my future housemate,

I’m Mouli, 25, and working full time as a regulatory officer in Torquay. I’m looking for a place not too far from work, and your listing looks like a good fit.

I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing. I always pay bills on time and can share references if needed. I’m currently living in a big share house in Grovedale with seven others, and I’m now looking to move into a quieter place with around three or four people.

My job is permanent, so I’m hoping to find somewhere long term that I can really call home. I enjoy gaming, playing outdoor cricket, a bit of hiking, and content creation. I’m respectful of shared spaces and other people’s boundaries, and I like to keep things clean.

If the housemates are around their mid to late 20s, that would be a bonus. Some garage storage would also be great for my cricket kit and a few items while I settle in. I also prefer having a spacious wardrobe, not necessarily a walk-in, just something with good storage.

Happy to come by for an inspection if you think I’d be a good fit. I’m available on Jan 11 and ideally looking to move in around Feb 7, 2026. Would love to chat more.
