Hi everyone!

My name’s Levi, I’m 23 years old, and I’m looking for a long-term room in a share house or flat, somewhere to call home,and meet new friends. somewhere around Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs, including Fortitude Valley, Arana Hills, Chermside, Everton Hills, Everton Park, and nearby areas.
A bit about me: I’m quiet, clean respectful bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I enjoy listening to music, spending time with my cat, watching the footy,gaming Going for walks or hikes the weekends I’m always keen for a bbq a few drinks, watch the game, or just have a chat/chill with the housemates. ideally looking for a house with the same vibes and age,

I do have a cat, so I’m looking for a place that’s pet-friendly and Doesn’t mind a cat running around She’s a very chilled out cat who mostly sleeps or lounges around the house really not much of an issue cat, All of her food, litter, and other belongings will stay in my room, so she won’t be leaving a mess around the house.

I’m a smoker cigarettes and 420 friendly, I’m always respectful about it and follow the house rules n smoke outside happy to quit for the right house mates,

At the moment, I’m not working due to being diagnosed with epilepsy 2 years ago and still ongoing. Until I’m medically cleared, I’m unable to work, so I’m looking for a home where people are understanding of my medical condition. If I were to have a seizure, I’d like to know I’m in a safe and supportive environment where I won’t be judged for something that’s completely out of my control,some of them can be full on and a-bit extreme and I have no idea it’s happening or what’s going on,not sure how much longer I’m going to be dealing with it so I’m after a place people understand .when not affected I’m completely fine and back to myself

My budget is around $250-$350 per week, preferably with bills and Wi-Fi included, but I’m flexible depending on the location and what’s included. Rent would be paid fortnightly.may be an issue or challenge to find but at this point that’s all I can do,for now
