Hi everyone,

I'm a medical doctor in my 30's, from NZ, looking for a room to move into in mid/late January 2026, or pair up with someone to look for a nice place to call home.

Ideal budget would be upto $600/week.
Location: Broadbeach, Mermaid beach, Miami

🏄🏼‍♀️ I love to surf, play tennis, and go to the gym.
🏺I also love going to creative classes like pottery, textured painting and jewellery making.
🌃 I will be doing some after hour shifts (evening and night shifts), and would ideally like to live with people who don't work from home.
🍪 I am very tidy, respectful, pay rent on time, and bake great cookies.
