I'm a Kiwi doctor in my 30's, looking for a room to move into in the first week of August 2026.

Ideal max budget: $500/week +/- utility bill
Location: Broadbeach, Mermaid beach, Southport

🏄🏼‍♀️ I love to surf, play tennis, and work out at the Hyrox Performance Centre
🏺I also love going to creative classes like pottery, textured painting and jewellery making
🌃 I will be doing some after hour shifts (evening and night shifts) very occasionally, and would ideally like to live with people who don't work from home
🍪 I am very tidy, considerate, respectful, pay rent on time, and bake great cookies
