Jaime and Owen

Hi! I’m Jaime, I’m from Canada and am starting the second year of my working holiday visa. Owen is from Lennox Head, NSW. Last year we lived in Palm Beach until I had to move away for my visa extension work. Now, we are moving back to the GC for our old jobs. We both have full time work on the GC.

We’ve both lived in lots of shared homes and staff accommodations so know what it means to share living spaces. In my hometown, I lived in a large share home for 4 years, where I was in charge of bills and rent payments.

We love travelling, camping, hiking, being outside, and spending time with friends. While we do enjoy the occasional gathering with friends for drinks, potlucks or movie night, we usually keep it pretty chill at home.

Besides work, we’re keen to meet new people and build a community on the Gold Coast!
