Akram and Lydia

Hello. My name is Akram and with my wife Lydia we are looking for a room to rent for couple months. I’m from France and Lydia from Belgium and we are 28 and 29 years old. We are very clean, quiet and tidy.
After working for more than a year as a Trade assistant in NSW, we travelled all across Australia and it was one of our best experience ever. It’s time now to get back to work, that’s why we landed in Perth area trying to apply in mines industry.
We never have any problem as a tenant, in terms of cleaning, paying rent or whatever. We can also provide references from our last lease.
