Hi, I'm a 45yr male with a loving partner who doesn't live with me and has her own place where she resides with her son at current. We live independent lives and communicate awesomely together so never a drama between us. I'm a non smoker Full time Boilermaker/welder working FIFO mostly on 12 hour days and night on shutdown and construction. I'm quiet , keep to myself, Love pets and enjoy cooking. I Do Not mind cleaning and I'm a clean and tidy person always. Ideally looking for a share house situation or studio, granny flat apartment with an empty room space to furnish myself. On average I'm away 2 out of 3 weeks and when I'm back in Perth I normally study to keep bettering myself within the industry. So I do not actually work in Perth and maintain cleanliness well-being and staying healthy. Ideally look for somewhere where I can stay by myself that is accepting of her catching up with me a couple of nights a week out of the weeks I'm back. Perth suburbs, in the city, towards midland or somewhere in between would be wonderful or a two bedroom studio, apartment or house situation. We do have plans to move in with each other by the end of the year so this would be for short term up to 6 to 12months tops.
Budget of 600 for myself and when we do move in together we'll be looking a a budget of around 800 for a 3x2 in areas a little further from CBD Thanks for taking the time to read this
