Hi!
I’m a musician and videomaker, born in Brazil and an Italian citizen. While my background is creative, in Australia I’m currently working full time in the construction industry as a Trade Assistant (TA), Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

I’ve been living in Australia for over a year and I’d describe myself as a positive, respectful and tidy person. I enjoy good energy and I can definitely be a bit "pazzerello" when I’m very happy and excited 😄 — but I’m always mindful of other people’s space, privacy and routines.

I’m looking for a home with a healthy and balanced environment, ideally with people who don’t abuse substances and value mutual respect, cleanliness and good communication.

At the moment I’m living in Shenton Park, but the house will be vacated by the end of January as the property is being redeveloped, so I’m now looking for a new place.

I’ve had great experiences in shared houses, including staying in a FIFO household where I was trusted with the house while the owners were away.

On my profile I’ve selected a 6-month stay, but I’m definitely open to something longer-term if we get along well and the situation feels right.

I’m looking for a room where I can have my own space for music production, always being considerate with noise (I mostly work with headphones), while still enjoying shared spaces and a friendly atmosphere. Ideally, I’d love to live with musicians or creative people, but I’m open to similar profiles.

I also go to the gym for who likes to share that passion (my approach is not super “data” based, but still enjoy listening to people that track a lot their progress)

I have a very reliable income + savings. So, zero troubles paying rent.
