-Work: Working full-time as an engineer (sponsored) in the CBD near Kings Park.

-Vibe: Friendly, clean, and super easygoing. I value open communication and keeping a comfortable home. I’d love a house where we can be friends, not just flatmates, but I fully respect personal space and quiet timetoo.

-Location: Ideally looking for something in Subiaco, East Perth, or anywhere within a 30-minute commute to the CBD

-Flatmates: Preferring a house with people in their 20s or 30s.
