Hello, my name is Ipo and I’m originally from Japan.
I’m currently looking to move somewhere quieter and more relaxed — ideally a granny flat or a private room in a smaller share house. I’m a student this year, and I work a few weekdays during the day with weekend classes, so I’m out of the house quite a lot.
I’m clean, calm, and respectful of shared spaces, and I really value living with people who feel the same way. I enjoy yoga, fishing, the gym, and I’m hoping to get into surfing now that I’m here on the Gold Coast!
My budget is up to $350/week for a granny flat, or around $300/week for a private room.
