I am a FIFO worker with stable and high income looking for a long-term place. I've lived in the same apartment for the last year and can provide references to show I'm punctual with rent and respectful with the property.
I'm very clean, quiet, non-smoker, no parties, and I spend most of my time either working or at the gym.
