I'm looking for an apartment or house with a single bedroom, a granny flat or similar.

I'm very flexible about the neighborhood, and if it can be close to public transportation, that would be great! But if not, that's okay, I'm open to other options too.

I'm studying and working, I'm easygoing, I like to spend my free time exercising, visiting new beaches, taking pictures, watching the sunset and relaxing. I value organization, cleanliness and respect.
