Hey, I'm Anthony, 36, and I'm hunting for a place on the Northern Beaches. I run a pest control business – steady pay every week.

I'm super neat, organised, and respectful. I always clean up and look after things. Totally responsible and happy to help with chores.

In my free time, I hang with mates, try new restaurants, game, hit the gym, and do outdoor stuff. My partying days are over (thank goodness!), but I enjoy a drink now and then.

Most of my work's on the Northern Beaches, and my current 1.5-hour commute from North Rocks is a killer, so I need to move.

I also have a gorgeous short-haired tabby cat (Issabella aka Izzy), but I'll have to re-home her if that's a problem.
