I’m a 20-year-old full-time Primary Education student looking for a room in a sharehouse or apartment on the Northern Beaches. My budget is up to $420 per week, and my move-in date is flexible.

• Friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Easy-going and enjoy a relaxed, positive home environment

I study full-time and also work part time, so I keep a good routine and appreciate a clean, comfortable place to come home to. I’m always up for a chat, but also respect everyone’s space.

Ideally looking for somewhere on the Northern Beaches, but I’m open to nearby areas as well.
