ROOM PREFERENCES: would prefer a decent sized UNFURNISHED room with a built in and enough room to fit both a queen bed and a desk, as i do not have any other household furniture. AREAS: anywhere between Mosman to Lane Cove up to mid North shore eg Killara. ABOUT ME: Looking to move in perhaps mid August 2018. I'm deaf, you can play all the music you want (or sing loudly at 3am) and I wouldn't complain! Sydney born and bred, pref living on lower north shore. motorcyclist as a hobby, mechanic by trade. non smoker, no kids or pets. no problem if you have pets, pref sharing with a non smoker but will consider otherwise. have previously lived with a couple of families that have two kids each for a number of years with no issues, happy to provide them as references if required. not overly social (verbally, as text based mediums are preferred) but will mingle for a short time, happy to have my own privacy and for you to have yours. not the hosting sort so wouldn't be having parties (next day clean ups are not my thing!) i don't cook a lot, and would not expect you to be putting on food for me at all. also very LGBT friendly, no issues at all on that count. off street parking would be great if available (as I would like to keep my motorcycle safe!)
Hi everybody :) My name is Lukas and I am 21 years old. I am from Germany and will come to Australia at the end of July 2018 to do Work and Travel, also known as Working Holiday. My starting point is Sydney where I already have a full time job waiting for me at the beginning of August. So now I only need somewhere to stay for just a little over three months (three and a half months at the most). After those three months I will start traveling around the country. In my free time I like to... - listen to music - play my saxophone - go to parties on occasion - go sightseeing - read - try out new kinds of food - ... Of course I wont be playing my saxophone while I am in Australia since I can´t really take it with me. Way too much package. ;) I normally am a person everyone can get along with. I always try to be polite and not go on somebodys nerves. Of course I keep myself and my surroundings clean. I like to meet new people and see new places. If you have any questions, don´t hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing from you. Lukas
I am easy going, tidy and quiet, I can cook, love keeping fit, playing rugby and I work full time as an apprentice mechanic, love cars and animals (happy to have a pet in the house) and I like to think I am pretty handy with most things house related. I not a fan massive parties but don't mind being social (would prefer a quieter house).
A friendly, hardworking and responsible couple. I work in marketing in the sydney cbd & my partner in and around the city as a cleaning supervisor as well as studies business in college. We've both lived in our respective sublets for 2-3years with no problems and always paid rent and bills on time. One of us has lived in Wollstonecraft and the other Sydney city and are keen to live in the lower north shore area, walking distance to train or bus transport that goes direct to the cbd. We have a car, so a carpark spot or parking nearby would be needed and ideally we'd love a furnished place, but not necessarily with everything. Look forward to getting in touch and meeting you! Chantal
Hi, my name is Liam. I am from Auckland and am moving to Sydney in August. I am a relaxed and easy going person who loves to have a chat. I am very tidy, clean and respectful of other peoples' space. I will be starting my career in Sydney. I look forward to meeting new new flatmate(s)!
I have lived in share-houses for years, so have all of the training and good habits you need in someone who you're going to share a space with. But I'm definitely getting to the point where I'd like a little more space to myself, somewhere to study (I work full time and study yoga teaching), my own bathroom and a little more peace and quiet than my current 4 people in one house situation! If that sounds good to you, let's team up!
Hello! I am looking for a room on the lower north shore of Sydney. I work full time in the city. I am a very clean and tidy flatmate and respectful of others. I am considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum (especially at night if others are trying to sleep). I love the outdoors and love nature and like to spend my days off going for runs/exercising/working out and spending time at the beach. I am fairly health conscious and like to eat healthy and look after my body. I don’t like to drink very much or have too late of a night and i value my sleep alot. A tidy and clean house is also very important to me. I would like to live with flatmates of a similar nature :) Chat soon! Sarah
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would need to have a built-in wardrobe. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
I'm 29, work full time in the city. I enjoy being active and playing sport, going for runs, being with friends and family and trying new cafes and restaurants. I'm considerate and respectful and a treat my place as a home and am respectful of my flatmates.

Hello I am looking for a new place to live at the start of August in northern Sydney. I am clean and tidy, and although I'm not a party animal, I am pretty friendly and social. Ideally it would be nice to live with other healthcare staff/people around my age. I am an emergency doctor, from Ireland.
An expat returning to Australia from living in London over the past 2 years. I am moving back to Australia with my existing company and will be working full time from the North Sydney office. I enjoyed flat sharing immensely during my time in London and have lived mainly with females and LGBT+ flatmates. I am clean, conscientious, happy and open. I love to cook, spend time with my flatmates (inside and outside the flat), play sport (Soccer/Football and Ultimate Frisbee), listen and play music, and explore everywhere. Can provide contact details for reference from previous flatmate if required.
Hi everyone, I’m a 23 yr old Aussie girl looking for a place to call home. A little about me: I work full time in marketing at Macquarie Park. I'm social, tidy and friendly. I like playing netball during the week after work and usually spend my weekends going to gigs or hanging with friends or family. Previously I was living at Redfern but now I want to live somewhere a little more convenient for getting to work each day but still close to the city. Preferable areas are St leonards, Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Waverton or North Sydney areas. Anywhere close to a train line or busses. Looking to find some likeminded flatmates and a place to call home! Let me know if you think you have something that might suit. Also happy to do a team up in the area :)

I am a full time working professional who enjoys his free time hanging out with friends or playing video game. I am a quite guy and usually keep to myself. I don't own a pet nor plan to own one in the future due to personal reasons, but I love animal in general and love having them around. Hi, my name is Sandy! I'm a Sydney local completing a Masters of Teaching in Early Childhood full-time. I'm working towards being a preschool teacher in the future. I'm kind of ambiverted so I love socialising and meeting new people from different cultures, but at the same time I sometimes enjoy some quiet, alone time. I'm honest, open-minded and respectful of other's space, needs and values. I know how to cook for myself, clean and take responsibility for my own things because I've lived independently abroad before. In my free time I enjoy exploring different parts of the city when I can, checking out local events with friends, watching movies, listening to music and reading :')
Work full time in Artarmon — Work from Wednesday to Sunday — Monday and Tuesday off — rarely cook at home — Only myself full time at residence with occasionally my girlfriend to stay over (max 2 nights per week) — very easy going — always secluded to my room when at home — very quiet and courteous — minimum of 3 months stay and if all goes well can be for much longer
I'm working full time as engineer at north shore areas. I'm very quiet, tidy, clean and i spend most of the time at work and if i am home i will be sitting in front of my computer for drama/series/games. I don't really cook but if i do, it will be most likely a quick one. Prefer to have my own bathroom but if sharing, maximum share with 1 or 2 person. I do not smoke. I drink occasionally at work, social place, event but not really at home unless housemate request 1 or 2 beers or wines. I'm very easy going. I'm not party type of person. Looking to start a new lease with someone. I've previously had my own place so have most of furniture, appliances, utensils, cutlery, etc. Would love to team-up with someone that is looking to make a place an inviting and fun space to come home to. I'm really house pride, so would like to live with someone like-minded. I would like to look for a place to live like a home. I work full time in North Sydney. I am laid back, friendly and respectful with a great sense of humour. I am a clean responsible person and expect the same from you. I like to read books, watch movies(not TV), going out with friends. I like cooking and baking and also I am learning guitar. My weekends always vary but I love staying social, so tend to be in and out a lot. I like to learn new languages so if you are keen to teach your language and tell me about your country's culture that would be a plus. Also I own an XBOX and a few games like FIFA, GTA etc. but I rarely play by my own. So if you like console games we could play sometimes.
