Hi, I graduted few months ago from Tafe QLD and is now doing the big leap: moving to Sydney to try and kick off my career within my industry. I am looking for a place ideally located not too far from a train or bus station with some chilled out flatmate to share the accommodation with. I am active, quiet, very tidy, love sport (I often go a lot of early morning running), vegetarian, non-smoker. I study law and psych and I do cheerleading and play a little social soccer at Macquarie. I work 9-5.30 most days so you'll only see me at night. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples property and communal areas. I'm warm, outgoing and social I'm looking for a house with a sharehouse-family feel.
Easy going and down to earth housemate. I'm neat and tidy with an excellent sense of humour (major Paddy Chayefsky fan!) Currently living in N.Bondi and in the midst of relocating (long term) to the other side of the bridge for work purposes. (I work in audio in film and tv).
I am a very relaxed 28 year old who works in construction. My work hours are varied throughout the week and I tend to travel quite a bit for work. I am looking for someone to live with who is easy-going, tidy and trustworthy. Would be great to have the odd beer together too.
I'm quiet, clean and tidy. I cook for a living so you'll benefit from delicious home cooked meals! I am 42 but young at heart. I work as a nanny in Lane Cove and do all the family cooking as well. I have a 10 year old, house trained, gentle and sweet male french bulldog. He is an indoor dog and sleeps with me. I'm a homebody who doesn't party but enjoys quiet drinks and meals at home. In my free time, I like taking my dog out for long bush walks or the beach. I don't actually know many people in Sydney so I rarely have people over but the two young boys that I nanny for (8 and 10 years) like coming to visit my dog sometimes. They are very well behaved boys who are respectful and sweet. I work 11 hour days and take 3 hours off in the middle of the day to walk my dog and have some lunch at home to break up the day for my dog so he's not alone for long periods. I am looking for a quiet place that is safe for me and my dog and somewhere we can call home. I have lived on my own for 10 years but am starting to find it very unaffordable. So, I have furniture and would like an unfurnished room but can put most of my other stuff in storage if need be. I would prefer to flat with people of similiar age and lifestyle.
I'm a working professional. I enjoy other's company and like music. On Wednesday's and Saturday's I'm either travelling in the company of friends or outing on my own. I'm looking for a big room with an ensuite.
I am 26, work full time as a lawyer in Martin Place, and dabble in personal training on the side. I live a pretty busy, active lifestyle. I am looking to start a new apartment with one other person. I want to create a new home where we can enjoy a chat or quiet relaxation. As I work relatively long hours I love coming home to a tidy, friendly, and warm environment. I am incredibly tidy, and always happy to pitch in with chores. I come with a gorgeous outdoor cat who is perfectly content to be left alone, or to have a snuggle if you're a cat person. It means a ground floor apartment, or one readily accessible from outside would be ideal for me. I am looking for a like-minded person to start a new place with. My only requests is that you are tidy, normal, and pay bills on time! Sarah
Our names are Taya and Mike, Mike is a biomedical engineer by day and guitar player by night. And Taya is a social worker by trade, artist in spare time. We are pretty cool people, loving of both party animals and home bodies! We are happy to spend our Saturday night getting competitive over a game of Settlers of Catan, or on a pub crawl. Happy to be in a house full dinner sharers and group TV binges, or one that embraces the 'it's a shared space, not a shared life' mentality, or one that incorporates them both We do have one catch, but it's pretty cute, and its really more of a bonus than a catch! We have a beautiful little beagle, six years old, very well trained, always well behaved. He is a stunning pup, loves attention and sleeping! He is only with us part time (Fridays - Monday's), and with Taya's parents the other days, who live on an acre throughout the week! We promise he will bring love to your life ! And that's pretty much a wrap ! email us if you want anymore info !
I am almost always working or doing something productive, I am extremely tidy and organised and use very little electricity and internet. As an IT Manager i often leave early and get back late for international calls and meetings. I enjoy Craft Beer, Cycling, Running and Technology.
*3 month minimum, but can stay longer :-) Hi everyone! I'm Lucy - I am currently studying at uni and I teach pilates. I love pilates, yoga, cooking, running and coffee. I am positive, outgoing, and very respectful of personal and shared space. I'm the smiliest person you'll ever meet and I love cooking for people, seriously! My boyfriend Chris is a pilates instructor as well. Chris is crazy - he loves rock climbing, trampolining, slacklining, obstacle courses of any kind however he is super organised and disciplined (having served in the Army for 7 years). He is the most hardworking, caring and most genuine guy you will ever meet. A really good handyman too- if ever something needs fixing, he will fix it in a heartbeat! We love animals heaps so if you have a pet we would consider that a bonus! Please contact us if you have a room around the lower north shore area of Sydney accepting couples and we sound like a good fit for your home! I've put 3 months just as rough minimum, but happy to stay for as long as the agreement works for you.
Multi-racial. I do not discriminate people. I am not a bigot. I do have strong beliefs about some things, but I do not impose them on people. Considerate person. I do not make noise or leave dirt. I clean everything I can. No dramas. No vices! But a very boring person overall. Almost always out because of work. I travel on weekends to explore NSW. I am both a grad school student and a full-time software engineer. Currently studying MBA and Computer Science. I would prefer a quiet place in Northern Sydney. Lived for over 6 months in Lane Cove North, but I have to move out for various reasons. There are too many people where I live now. Fast internet is IMPORTANT for me. Thank you!
Hi. I'm an IT professional with a healthy, active lifestyle - into organic food, yoga, meditation, walking, cooking and creative writing. I enjoy order, cleanliness and taking care of my living space. Like to connect over a cuppa or meal but also have time on my own. Looking for a friendly, quiet place that lets in a bit of sun - somewhere to call home for the next 6-12 months. A private living space and/or bathroom would be preferable but open to sharing. Previously shared with a family which worked very well. Can provide references. Don't have a pet but happy if you do - particularly love dogs. Work in North Ryde so walking distance from a train station would be a plus. Am currently house-sitting and looking to move in mid-September. If that sounds like a good fit be great to hear from you. Sandi
Hi there, I'm Andrew and I'm 24 years old. I work full time as a bus driver based in Willoughby. I'm generally a clean person (bit of a germaphobe sometimes) and will tidy up after myself. I'm happy to do housework and do my bit to make it a better home for all of us. I would also like to say that I value open communication which means all of us should be able to respectfully talk about issues.
Hiii:-D I am a part time working student looking for a single room (furnished or unfurnished I dont mind, I have some furniture already.:-D Please just single rooms, not share rooms, as much as I love to spend time with people, I love to spend some time with myself as well.:-D I love fun, I love nice people around me, love music, going out for a glass of wine or two sometimes (not as much as I would like to:-), travelling, hiking, yoga.......... I am a recent graduate from Perth, looking for a permanent (up to 9 months) accommodation in Sydney. I am clean, responsible, tidy and I am also an enthusiastic and adventurous. I often do basic chores, prepare meals (and dessert!) and have a special heart for pets. Please feel free to message/contact if you have a suitable place for me. I work full time 8-5pm on weekdays in the Chatswood area, so it'd be best if your place is accessible to public transport!

Hi, I'm Nic... 24yrs, looking for a new place to call home. I am a friendly guy who loves all things sport, animals and enjoys nights out with friends. Looking to move somewhere that is comfortable and clean, with people who are social, respectful and easy going. Seinfeld lovers will be favoured <3
Hey there. I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon. I'm a social guy and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. I'm moving from a terrace in Kirribilli so he is used to being inside during the day while I'm out / at work. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
A mature professional who looks much younger than his age (and sometimes acts much younger than his age too 😉) , easygoing, respectful and appreciates living in a quiet, tidy, clean and hassle free environment. Planning to return to Sydney's North Shore for work reasons and seeking a short term (3 month) accomodation fix, but could be (much) longer by mutual agreement if all works out . . . .
