I'm a chill bloke with 4 years experience living in share houses. Love cooking, sharing beers, socialising, but also enjoy leading my own life. I'm moving to Sydney from Canberra, and will be working in North Sydney. Looking for a house with 3+ people (in total), off street parking for my bike, and friendly housemates who are comfortable leading independent lives, and catching up when we're hanging around.
Easy-going gal who likes to keep to myself but still sociable. Love cooking (especially baking!) and relaxing on weekends. Filmmaker (so you know I can recommend all the best movies!) who will be working full time. Pet friendly - I'm relocating from interstate and can't bring my puppy with me but would love to snuggle someone elses!
I work full-time on weekdays. Prefer to spend the weekends outdoors - coastal walks, short hikes, beaches, etc. I have got varied interests including art and literature too. No pets, please!
Hello my name is juan diego I am 28 years old I am easy to take, I like animals, I do exercise, I am very calm, very cheerful, relaxed and uncomplicated, organized and clean
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.

Hi, I'm a PhD candidate from Costa Rica. I finished my masters in South Korea last year and I am following the academic route. I'm into having a healthy lifestyle and working out, eating new tasty things (I love eating haha) and listening to music. Oh yeah, board games can happen, so can the occasional drink and the binging of Netflix. But most of the time I'm reading pdfs and news. I'm looking for a place that's clean, quiet and also comfortable for me to do some reading and my research when I'm not at the library. (Yup, PhD life is that fun) I'm trying to get into rowing which means I'm also transforming into an early morning person. I've studied and lived in Costa Rica, Norway, Korea and now Australia. I don't smoke and enjoy having a clean home and stuff. Looking for a mid year start and for the long run.
I'm friendly, tolerant, reasonably clean and tidy, and ready to do my fair share of house chores. I respect peace and privacy around the house, but always be happy to befriend housemates too. I'm an Indonesian medical doctor, now doing my PhD full time, and after a year doing research in Indonesia, I'm returning to Sydney to complete writing up on my project. For in-house fun, in my past years sharehousing in Canberra and Sydney, I've been known to occasionally cook for house breakfasts or dinners. I'm good with sharing my moka-pot coffee in the morning, and am proud of my breakfast pancake and Indonesian beef rendang. I can enjoy housemates' company for movie or game nights, or back-porch beer banters over Flight of the Conchords-type humour or random-topic TED Talks. Outside of the house, I'm planning on doing more road trips in my '98 Corolla, beach swimming, and improv comedy classes in the city, or perhaps find a reason or two to get my ukulele out. Would love to live in a house of people with similar interests.
I work full-time for an IT firm in the city. Looking for a furnished private room with own bathroom in apartments with no more than 3 people living in it. Area of particular interest is in lower North Shore (St Leonards, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Artarmon and Chatswood). Ideally would prefer the apartment unit to be north-facing, must have easy access to public transport (preferably train) and excellent amenities (walking distance to decent sized supermarket, shops, etc.). My budget is $350/wk including bills (water, electricity, gas and wifi). I am a 40-year-old professional, mature and responsible, at the same time, respectful, friendly and easy-going. I am meticulous to cleanliness and would do everything to look after the property as it is my own. I need my own privacy and will definitely respect yours. Would love to share flat with someone who is like-minded. If you're looking for a responsible long-term flatmate/tenant, you won't be disappointed with me. NOTE: I need to give my current landlord 3 weeks notice upon deciding to move.
- Extremely clean individual and like to look after my belongings and surroundings. - Working full time, busy and focussed individual. I am a social person but also happy to keep to myself. - I don't drink or smoke.

Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
We are from the UK and have been living in Killarney Heights for the past 2 months. Due to the location we are currently living in, meeting new people has been hard, so we would like to move ideally near the chatswood area and meet people around our age!
We're looking for a short-term stay around Artarmon. Jan is an IT professional and Lauren is a freelance florist. We are in Sydney for a few weeks for work. We don't have any pets, don't smoke and enjoy discovering new places to unwind or have something yummy.
Hey there! Ok, so I'm looking for a new place and new housemates! I'm currently living in the lower North Shore and I would like to stay in this region. I work full time in Marketing and Communications in the city and during the week have a pretty normal routine (including trying to lie to myself that I'll go to the gym but it doesn't really happen hehe). Jokes aside, I'm pretty easy going and reliable (aka always pay all the bills and rent with no delays) and will always respect your space and privacy.
I am looking for somewhere to live a bit closer to work, quiet to live with and lots of fun/good sense of humour. Young Aussie girl that is bubbly and happy to be around!
I am a 25 year old female. I grew up in Sydney and currently live in North West Sydney. I am looking to live closer to work and the city in general. I work full time in the city as a corporate concierge and I am also studying Financial Planning online. I am a clean, easy going and respectful housemate. During the week I am mostly busy studying, working and trying to keep active! In my free time I enjoy coffee with friends, coastal walks and traveling.
I'm very friendly and and tidy around the house. I work full time, but like to do other activities through the week, like yoga, the gym, or going to dinner with friends. I'm looking for someone that has a positive energy, is mindful of space and privacy, and is easy going. :)
About me: I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I have a dog called Otto who is very friendly. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate, - Blake
Relaxed, reliable, considerate housemate, looking for a room in a sharehouse with likeminded people, and open to teaming up. I'm social, into travel, snowboarding, and I'm an amateur stand-up comic. I work full-time in policy at Optus by day, and I tend to have a fair bit on in the evenings. I like to stay active playing soccer, tennis, squash or rockclimbing. I also enjoy social boardgames over a couple of drinks, or heading out to comedy gigs, theatre or art exhibitions. * Don't need a carspace, but need to be near a train station. * Not looking to live with couples or children. * For team-ups - I have access to most of the furniture needed to set up a new home. (I also have another ad on here for the house I'm moving out of... I'm helping the landlord find new tenants).
Hi everyone! I'm searching for a private room in north sydney area and surroundings, own bathroom preferred but not essential I'm clean and tidy searching for a place where i can have my privacy but also enjoy a chat/glas of wine now and then with my housemates I'm currently working and studying and going to the gym on my free time so i won't be around much during the day Feel free to contact me for any question :)
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
Quiet and a clean person.
Hey all, I am a 27 year old, Social, IT professional who has a heart for travel and people. I am originally from Penrith in NSW and currently work full time in Norwest Business Park. I previously flatted in Hornsby for 4 years before recently moving out to complete a 4 month work stint in NZ. Now that I am back I am looking for a new place, new people and new adventures. I enjoy nights out with friends and quite nights in. I enjoy cycling and exploring areas and bush walks. I spend a lot of time out and about. During the weekends I am often away or out spending time with my Girlfriend and friends. During the week I am out some nights and in for others. I am not much of a party person. But enjoy a drink or two with good food and conversation or just a bit of Netflix. Overall a very easy going guy :) (even if I am bias) Flexible with move dates and Lengths of stay! Hope for some parking (street or off street) and internet!
Hello! We are an easy going, responsible, quiet, professional couple. We are moving to Sydney on March 18th. We are looking for a furnished flat up to 500pw around North Sydney, Lane Cove, Artarmon, St. Leonards or Willoughby areas. Ideally we're after long term.
I am studying IT at ACU and enjoy socialising, but not looking for a party house. I also work part-time in a pub and enjoy keeping fit and martial arts. The rent will always be paid on time.
Hey there, my name is Jacqui. I am currently working in retail in the city, and attending Macquarie Uni, studying a bachelor of commerce. I'm 18 years old, although not your typical partying uni student. I'm very responsible, honest and social. My parents have relocated from Sydney, so I'm looking for a new home, hopefully around the lower north shore on the train line, so I can get to uni easily.
Hi, I am looking for a room to rent anywhere between Townhall to Hornsby. I work full-time and enjoy exploring Sydney when free. I love outdoors and watching sitcoms and movies. I am friendly by nature and wouldn't mind sharing experiences and dinners with flatmates. I respect people around me and expect the same in return. Kindly feel free to drop me a message if you have a room to let or looking to share a new apartment with someone. Thank you!
I'm a final year med student- I'll tell you if you should go to the hospital. I'm vegetarian- I won't try to convert you if you're not. I like to admire attractive male English actors and fangirl over marvel movies and the new One Piece. I have a lot of stuffed toys that you can admire from a distance. I like cats. I don't have any. I like to bake. A lot. And I'll feed you.
I am a master of teaching student and part-time English teacher. I am friendly, quiet, clean and considerate. I'm looking for a double-room to rent in an area within walking distance to a well-connected train station. I would like to stay from Saturday 25th March till Christmas. During this rental period, I will be occupying the room by myself, as my boyfriend is doing postdoctoral research in Germany at the moment. He will visit me during his summer holiday (late June to late August). You will find us the most pleasant and responsible flatmates you've known. In our previous shared flat, we kept a cleaning schedule and would fill in for the others voluntarily when they forget to do their duty. If you have a vacant double-room close to a major train station, please contact me. I am free from 9 - 3 and after 4:30pm Monday to Friday. I would prefer to visit your place during the day, as I want to be home before it gets dark. Looking forward to meeting you!
I am a professional working in north Sydney, normal working week kind of guy 9-5 Monday to Friday. Outside of work I enjoy sport and you will often find me in the gym and playing rugby. I am degree educated and I really enjoy good conversation with nice people over a good glass of wine and dinner.
I am a Japanese/Australian and my partner Lang is a Vietnamese/Australian, and we are both fluent English speakers. We both love to socialize, cook (Japanese and Vietnamese are our specialty) and watch movies at home! On our days off we keep ourselves active by going out on bush walking, exploring markets and great coffees, and hanging out with our friends. We are both not into partying and getting wasted, but we o enjoy a chill session in a cozy bar or dress up nicely for a nice night out. Looking forward to joining your place :)
