Hi there! My name is Giovanna or Gio as most people call me!

Am looking for a new place to call home! A little bit about me. Am 28 and originally from Miami, but have been living in Sydney the past 9 years. I work full time in hospo as a venue manager at a pub over on Oxford st. In my spare time I’m mainly at the beach, out for a cheeky cocktail with mates, a rave here and there, I do a bit of muy Thai, and my time at home mainly reading, cooking or baking. Always down for a hang or yap in the flat but also very much love my time in bed watching modern family or reading a book. So more than respect everyone else's space and vibe.

Have plenty of rental history living with housemates in the past, a partner, living on my own, and am very house trained!(love using my over priced Dyson vacuum!). Am more than happy to keep common spaces tidy and doing cleanings on rotating basis’, besides already being generally tidy.

Availble to move in anywhere from mid Feb- early March!
