Hey! I'm Emily, 37, and I've just moved to Perth from the East Coast. I'm looking for a sharehouse, ideally around Freo.

I'm warm, friendly and pretty easygoing. I love a good party or pub sesh with mates, but equally love slowing down, getting out for a run, swim or surf, and having a relaxed home to come back to.

I work in communications and do a bit of documentary filmmaking on the side. I'll be working in the city three days a week and from home the other two.

I've got plenty of good mates and family in Freo and Perth, which is a big part of why I moved here, but I'm always up for making new friends too!

I'd love to find a home with friendly, considerate people who communicate openly, enjoy a chat or shared dinner, but also respect each other's space. Bonus if there's a natural friendship there too!

I've lived in plenty of sharehouses over the years, so I know the drill. Really just keen to find a lovely home with good people around a similar age :)
