Hi my name is Ningie ward, I’m 21, and i’m looking for a long term rental (I have rental experience) in a great share house in Perth. Move in towards the end of August/start of september but I am super flexible with dates.

📍Ideally in Mount Lawley, Mount Hawthorn, North Perth - but again super flexible if it’s for the right place!

I’m all about the vibes, I am a very social and free person who loves connecting with others but also really enjoys time to myself. I work in costume in the film industry which usually means some really long hours, so i’m looking for a relaxing home with great people to come home too. I’m always doing something creative or trying to learn a new skill!

I am very respectful of others space as I enjoy mine too, but also always up for a great chat, good drink and a fun night. I am hoping to find a really fun and social house ideally near some great bars and cafes.
