Working FIFO female looking for a room

I’ve been offered a FIFO job based in Sydney, so I’ll be moving to Sydney in November.
Once I start working, I’ll be away from home for most of the time.
I’d prefer a place close to the city, ideally a share house where the owner also lives.
It would also be nice if the owner were around my age. 😊

1.Respecting each other's personal space and privacy is vital. Understanding and considering each other's lifestyles is important.

2.Keeping shared spaces clean is a significant quality of a good roommate. Regularly tidying up and cleaning is necessary.

3.Having a cooperative attitude towards sharing household chores and responsibilities is important. Helping each other and working together is key.
