My Name is Aaron, i'm 41 and looking to move to South Brisbane or North Gold Coast area.

I am currently employed as Groups Manager with BIG4 Holiday Parks, where I have worked for 10 months. I have a stable income and can comfortably meet all rental obligations. I also spend several hours per week between shifts delivering through Uber Eats and Door dash which gives me a second income. 

I take pride in maintaining a clean and well-cared-for living environment and always treat properties with respect.
I am a quiet and considerate Tenant who values a peaceful home and positive vibes with others. I do not smoke and have a strong rental history, with references available from previous landlords and employers upon request. In my spare time, I enjoy the gym, binge watching a good series or murder documentary, I also enjoy time spent gaming now and then.

I am looking for a home where I can settle comfortably and contribute positively to the community.
