I’m specifically looking for a self-contained place (granny flat, studio, or 1-bedroom apartment) in the Northern Beaches.
I’m a quiet, respectful, and tidy tenant. I work a mix of office and work-from-home, so I value a peaceful environment and take good care of the property. I live alone, don’t smoke, and don’t host parties.
Outside of work I keep active, enjoy cooking, and have a relaxed lifestyle.
