I'm a 50-year-old single man who enjoys the simplicity of living in a tranquil, clean and uncluttered environment. I work part-time from home and cherish my quiet space, especially when working/reading and I ONLY smoke outside. With no pets (though I am an animal lover - cats in particular) or dependant kids, I find solace in my minimalist lifestyle.

I have a varied range of skills and interests outside of work including, but not limited to: Gardening, DIYer, Maori/Polynesian Cultural performances, singer/song writer, weaver (flax - phormium Tenax), artist/creative, reading (fantasy, sci-fi, non-fiction), going to open mic nights, social beers & BBQ's with housemates, amoungst many others.

I have a conscious understanding of my own style and am very particular about my mattress, linens and overall decor of the room and would therefore love to have the room unfurnished.
If it's okay with you, I'd love to come and meet you and inspect the room.
If however, you feel that we may not be a good fit, please let me know - I will not be offended as I understand that finding someone that you "click with" and can trust is a process.
