Hey! I'm a single (without children) 26 year old mechanical draftsmen and I'm also in my 4th year of a mechanical engineering studies.

I have no pets or any other requests from the homeowner. I'm really just looking for somewhere close to work and convenient. I'm very easy to get along with and happy to work in with current house rules and the general flow of things. My ideal situation is where I stay paid up to date and keep the house clean and tidy and we can enjoy some time together without stepping on each other's toes.
