Hey! I'm a single (without children) 25 year old mechanic and I'm also in my 4th year of a mechanical engineering degree. Between work and study I have very little time and have to be organised. I'm very good with my money and bills are always paid as soon as I receive them as I don't like owing money and I don't have very much free time to spend money anyway hahah.

I have no pets or any other requests from the homeowner. I'm really just looking for somewhere close to work and uni. I'm very easy to get along with and happy to fix things around the house as they come up. My ideal situation is where I stay paid up to date and keep the house clean and tidy and we can enjoy some time together without stepping on each other's toes.
