Hi, my friend and I are looking to move to the Newcastle area. We are both 20 and work full time. My friend is already from the Newcastle area but we are looking to move in together and we have been friends for 5 years. I can transfer jobs from my current to the Newcastle location. We are easy going, chill people. We like going to the gym, hanging out with friends in our spare time going to the beach and adventuring around a new area would be awesome . We are kind, respectful, honest, social and clean people. I have a previous rental history of two years. We are both money smart and can account for our own expenses as well as contributing to the house costs accordingly.
