Hi I am James, I’m typically an early morning riser and enjoy hitting the gym, running, playing golf, and tennis so typically out doing things.

Most evenings I spend time at the beach or going on walks etc.

I work full time in property sales and spend most of the time out the house.

I also work Saturdays, so I appreciate a home that’s a good space to recharge and relax but a bit of socialising is also great.

Ideally looking for someone who is down to earth and just easygoing and respects each others space and we can all get on well.

I’m easygoing, flexible on timing, and looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with like-minded housemates. If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to chat!
