I'm Sean, 38, I’m the Chief Engineer for a global aviation company, so I travel a fair bit and keep busy during the week (I’m usually out the door early and work 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday).

Ideally looking for someone who wants to get a really flash house somewhere close to the city. I'm happy to pay 75% of the rent and you 25% I need extra space for my clothing brand.

Outside of work I’m social, easygoing and pretty active - I’m into the gym, getting out on weekends, and checking out new places and spots around Brisbane. I’m always happy to have a chat or share a drink, but I also respect downtime and personal space.

At home I’m clean, organised and considerate. I'm looking for a like-minded housemate: respectful, tidy, and friendly.

One practical thing: I drive a Ford Raptor (about 1.9m tall), so I’ll need a car space with decent clearance/height.
