My name is Matías and I’m looking for a room, ideally located near the CBD. I study from Monday to Friday.

📆 I’m looking for a room from 2nd and 4th of January for two weeks or a little longer, as I will be returning to Perth on that date for my final weeks of classes.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly environment. I’d love to live with people from different cultures.

I’m tidy, sociable, respectful, relaxed, easy to get along with, and open-minded. I always keep shared spaces clean.

I’m a native Spanish speaker and I’m currently learning English.
I can also provide references from previous places where I’ve lived if needed.

💰 Budget: up to $350 AUD per week (ideally with bills included).
