Kaisa and Marten

ON A HUNT FOR A GOLD COAST RENTAL🏡🪴 from beginning of November (9th the latest) until end of January/mid February.



We are an Estonian couple looking for a space to call home in the southern Gold Coast area. We love early mornings, great meals shared with friends, sunlight and making the most of our time here in Australia (be it surfing, finding the best hidden specialty coffee shops in town or connecting with other fellow explorers). Kai works full-time in a bakery and Marten is a freelance videographer which means his home-work schedule is a bit more all over the place.

What we’re looking for:
- Budget: $400-550 p/w (all included)
- Where: Southern Gold Coast, anywhere from Palm Beach to Mermaid but nothing further away.
- A parking spot for our beloved car that has taken us what seems like a million kilometres across Australia
- AC, WIFI and furniture to keep our careers going (we are a videographer and an aspiring chef)
- Located within max 3km from the ocean so we’d never miss a sunrise

What we promise you:
- Mature and caring tenants who treat the place as our own
- No parties, no smoking, no late-night loudness that would annoy the neighbours
- At least one cleaning freak to keep the apartment in a spotless condition
- Love a good chat but love our own space, too
