Hi All,
Due to arrive in Perth soon and am looking for either a room for rent or maybe even a house share depending if anyone has the same requirements as myself. Looking for something in around Osbourne park as I currently work in manufacturing and am hoping to seek work somewhere there. Preferably long term rentals work for me as I plan to stay for a while and only need twelve more months employment in manufacturing to meet the minimum 65 point for a pathway to residency. I don't drink and am clean and quiet. I do smoke unfortunately but do not smoke inside. I don't mind my room mates drinking or even having a party or two so long as all is kept respectful (not going till 3/4am on a weekday).
