Hello,

My name is Ben, I am originally from the UK and currently living by Bondi Beach. I am looking to move into a property around the eastern suburbs (Bondi Beach & Junction preferred).

I am 27 and originally from Liverpool in England. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person so will treat the property with the upmost respect. I enjoy a drink at the pub and a night out, but I like to have my own space so would not be looking for a flat share where house parties are common.

I am quite an active person, regularly going to the gym and going on runs. I am looking to get into a bit of surfing whilst I am in Australia so it would be great if you enjoy some days on the beach now that winter is behind us!

I love a night in just as much as a night out and I enjoy cooking so doing some house meals would definitely be on the cards! Ideally I am looking to move in with people around the same age as me so please let me know if you have something suitable.
