I work for myself and am looking for a short-term arrangement that may lead to longer-term perhaps. I am kind, considerate, very easy going and don’t drink, smoke or party! I’m hoping to find someone similar so that it’s a calm and easy atmosphere. I work from my laptop so am looking for a furnished accomodation with a desk or somewhere to work. I am a dual British/Australian citizen. I like good conversation, great coffee and like to be around down to earth and open and honest people. I am clean and tidy and will treat a shared home in the same way I would my own. I like my own space and am relatively private but I also like good company and would enjoy living with smart, thoughtful and 'regular' people!
