Hi I’m Dan, I’ll cut to the chase.
I have a lawn mowing business so I need at least street parking for a Ute and trailer. I am also studying and trading the financial markets in a mentorship so I will have days at home with a pc setup and will need reliable internet.
I can’t be somewhere that wants people only sleeping at the property.

About me: I am a Christian and I don’t drink or smoke. I have 2 children on the coast 5 and 4 which for the next 6-12 months I will have to just spend the days with them outside the house. (I understand most places won’t accept my kids staying with me). I usually have them every 2nd weekend overnight.

Space for a few tools would be great just for quick maintenance on my lawn mowers etc. I will be getting a storage unit so I don’t need to bring much anyway. Currently living in a granny flat/share accommodation in Landsborough and I need to be closer to the Buderim area where most of my work and life actually is.
