- Work full-time in IT for the government;
- Police checked due to work;
- No issues whatsoever with law, drugs, alcohol, or gambling;
- Clean, respectful, calm, drama-free, pay my bills on time;
- Have perfect rental history/references;
- Australian citizen, willing to show my identity documents, proof of my work, describe in overall terms what I do at work, explain my connections to other countries and provide information on my overseas travel history in the past 5 years.

You:
- a professional person or a couple with similar points as described about me, but there is no need to have a police check or work for the government. You can be a PR or a citizen of Australia.

I look to share with one professional person or a couple to:
- have own bedroom, own office room and own bathroom;
- split rent and bills equally between occupants;
- be able to work from home a couple of days a week (depending on how far it is from Brisbane airport)

I think I am 50/50 intro/extrovert, but from your point of view, I would be mostly introverted, as at home I spent a lot of time studying IT. I do not smoke.
