Hi,

I’m 23 years old and currently studying a Certificate III in Business while working in an administration role. I’m clean, respectful, independent and take pride in keeping my home peaceful, tidy and well looked after.

My weekdays are mainly focused on work, study, gym and training, so I have a busy and structured lifestyle. I’m friendly and social, but I also really value privacy, personal space and being respectful of the people I live around.

I’m looking for a safe, peaceful and stable place that I can genuinely call home long-term. Ideally, I’m looking for a granny flat or private studio, but I’m open to the right share house if the environment is quiet, respectful and suitable.

My preferred budget is around $350 per week, with $400 per week being my maximum. I’m paid fortnightly and am happy to pay rent by bank transfer, with payments made reliably and on an agreed schedule.

I’m looking to move as soon as possible and would really appreciate finding somewhere I can settle into long-term rather than having to move around frequently.
