Hi! I am currently working as a care worker in aged care, and I am also in the process of converting my Japanese nursing license to become registered in Australia.
I am looking for a clean and comfortable place to move into around 14 April. Ideally, I am hoping for an own room with an own bathroom in a female-only household.
My budget is around $300–$400 per week.
Cleanliness is very important to me, and I am a quiet, respectful, and tidy person.
I usually keep a regular routine and value a peaceful living environment.

It would be amazing to find a place near Queen Street Station, and somewhere along the tram line would also be very convenient for commuting.
