I’m 26 and originally from Yorkshire, England. I recently relocated from Melbourne to Perth and have been here for just under a month. I’m now looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months.

Ideally, I’d love to live with people around my age, though that’s not a dealbreaker. I’m hoping to find a place within 15–20 minutes of the Perth CBD. My budget is between $250–$350 per week, and I work full-time Monday to Friday.

I’m social and enjoy going out for a drink now and then, but I also value downtime and am respectful of others' space and routines.
