Female, in late 20s, works FT, looks for a room/studio/unit to move in as my current housemate/friend is moving back overseas permanently. I don't smoke or have pets. My hobbies are very scattered, include but not limited to going to the gym, sometimes making pottery, casual bouldering, camping, swimming, going to the beach, watching movies and perhaps a drink or two on the weekend.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place along the bayside suburbs or near the Frankston train line. When it comes to cleanliness, I’m okay with a bit of mess here and there, but absolutely can’t stand anything smelly or dirty. I’d love to have my own bathroom if it's possible.
