Hi! I’m Dandy 😊 I’m moving back to Sydney in early October and looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I’m a working professional, clean, tidy and respectful, and I’m looking for somewhere I can stay for at least 6 months.

Ideally I’m looking around Zetland, Waterloo, Alexandria or Green Square, with my own bathroom/ensuite. I also have a car, so secure or off-street parking would be a big plus.

My ideal budget is around $450 per week, depending on the room, location and whether bills or parking are included.

I’m easygoing and friendly, but also appreciate a clean, relaxed home and respect everyone’s personal space.

Available to move in from around 5 October.
