Hi guys, I'm Damo. I moved to Perth WA 15 weeks ago from Melbourne to start a new life and study at Tafe. My study begins on 14th July 24 and I would like to find a nice room in a safe space whilst I live and study. I'm looking for rooms for 6-12 moths with a preference to stay longer.
I am ready to find a room and move in ASAP
I'm a nice guy, gay, great personality who treats everyone with unconditional positive regard 😊
I will be studying at Leederville Tafe WA - I am available to move any time before or after the 27th of July.

I believe I would be a great house mate that is respectful, clean and tidy with respect for the people I will be living with. I have posted here, on flatmates.com.au and Gumtree - I'm genuine and on the lookout for a tidy room with a relaxed warm feel.

I always return my messages and calls. Will consider accommodation from up to 35km outside Perth CBD

I hope to hear from anyone with a room from $250-$300.
