Self employed in health industry.

Why I'm easy to live with:
-Not a wackadoodle (hah!)
-Owned my own house and business for many years so I know how to keep a house nice and pay my bills on time. I've recently moved to Hobart to have a lifestyle change away from the heat.
-Share housing long term while I purchase land and build. I'm in no rush, would rather take my time and find what I want.

Extra:
-Love science, outdoor activities, nature and art.
-Friendly; like a good chat occasionally.
-Looking for housemate/s who keep a clean common space and are courteous when people are asleep.

Living preferences:
-Prefer to live with women, but if you're not a creepy fella that is flexible.
-Dog free place please. Can't do the barking. All other animals are fine.
-No smokers please- if you vape outside or ingest then that is fine.
-Omnivore, I don't mind if you're vegan or vegetarian but I would cook meals with meat on occasion.
