Hi, I am a single tenant from Korea, currently living in Surfers Paradise with my lease ending on January 1st. I am now looking for a new place to move into and am very interested in this property.
I have completed military service in Korea, so I am clean, tidy, and respectful. I always keep my living space well-maintained. I do smoke, but only in designated areas and I strictly follow property rules.
