Hi there
My name is Erena. I'm 48 years old, I have 4 grown children, a 16year old who isnt quite grown yet. A one year old granddaughter, and 0ne grandson born on 2 Jan 2026 who all live back in NZ.

I live in biggera waters qld in a 3 bedroom house with my sister, her partner, and their 3 boys aged 6, 8 and 19 at the moment, at present they have another baby on the way, soo yip I need to move to make way for my new niece or nephew.

I work as a fulltime housekeeper on ephraim island, and am also abn registered housrkeeper/ bond cleaner. so you dont need to worry about cleanliness, and detail. I also work as a cleaner at allisee residential apartments
I love music, most genres reggae, old school rnb and old school, I do like to play some tunes quite loud if im doing house or yard work
I'd be the perfect roomy or renter
I love a clean home, I love to clean while listening to music, I love clean glass windows and and doors, if they're dirty I will.clean them.
I don't drink alcohol, but I don't mind if others do
Im not shy to mow lawns, or do the gardens, or general maintenance on the property.
I'm friendly, out going, and dont mind a chat.
I like to meet new people, and experience new things, food, attractions, beaches and walks.
My favorite is paddle boarding, which I learnt from my sister who lives in biggera waters. I like playing darts, online pool, shooting hoops, playing cards, and bike rides lol
Im looking for any kind of accommodation, but mainly a small flat/apartment/studio or granny flat between Southport and Ormeau QLD.
I do own a car, I have no pets
I rarely drink.
I dont rev my car when warming up in the mornings lol
I am a smoker.
