I am a youthful person. I am personable, clean, organized, and respectful of the need for privacy in a shared house. I like to cook (I am vegetarian, so a big meat eater is not for me). I need a reasonably organised place.

I have a part-time weekend job. I am also a senior training contractor 9-5 Monday - Friday though this is quiet at the moment. I am doing a course too which means I spend a lot of time at the library. I like to swim and take long walks. I am single. I like sharing a coffee or eating out or just generally socialising sometimes. I do go away for weekends or overseas. I watch cable TV sometimes.

I am content on the North Shore, but will consider other areas. A medium-sized bedroom is important. I don't mind if you have a small pet.

I would prefer to share with a female 35+ .

I have my own furnishings and kitchenware.
