Hi, I'm Josh. I'm currently studying Electrical Engineering at QUT and also work part-time at the university and can provide references if needed.

I'm looking for a place closer to the city to cut down my commute so I can spend more time focusing on work, uni and enjoying life outside of travelling back and forth. I've got two years left in my degree, so I'm hoping to find somewhere I can settle in for a while.

I'm a mature-age student with a professional background before returning to university, so I'm pretty organised and respectful of shared spaces. I've lived in share houses before and know what makes them work - keeping common areas tidy, communicating well, and being considerate of everyone else's routines.

Outside of uni, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, swimming and running. I'm always happy to have a chat, share a meal or hang out, but I also appreciate everyone's need for their own space. During semester you'll probably find me studying more often than not, so I'm generally pretty low-key during the week.

I'm a non-smoker and looking for a relaxed, friendly household with good people and good vibes. I get along with people from all walks of life and value a home that's clean, respectful and easy to live in.
